Dr. Omodolapo Ojo is the founder and principal consultant of McDol Consulting, LLC, a company dedicated to delivering high-quality evaluation, research, data analysis, and professional development services to scholars, researchers, students, organizations, agencies, and the general public.

She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Educational Research Methodology, with a specialization in program evaluation, from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). She also earned both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA). 

With nearly a decade of experience, Dr. Omodolapo has worked both collaboratively and independently on research and evaluation projects spanning health, education, and social development. Her expertise includes program evaluation, evaluation and research capacity building, Bayesian statistical approaches, applied statistics, survey methodology, and mixed methods research.

Beyond technical skills, she is highly regarded for facilitating stakeholder engagement, building trust, and translating findings into actionable strategies. She is deeply committed to bridging technical rigor with relational insight, ensuring that evaluation and research practices are methodologically sound and culturally responsive, equitable, and meaningful for the communities they serve.
